This booklet contains Wiring Diagrams for GMC Trucks built after August 2,
1971.
To determine which diagrams are applicable to a specific truck series, refer to
the “Wiring Diagram Index” which follows. For convenience, the index is
divided into four groups in the following order: “Gasoline Engine Models,”
“GMC (Turbium) Diesel Models,” “Detroit Diesel Models,” and “Cummins
Diesel Models.”
NOTE: Five diagrams (T-7305 through T-7309-1) do not appear in the index.
These are schematic diagrams of “Body Builder’s Connections.”

THE CIRCUIT NUMBER. IMMEDIATELY TO THE RIGHT APPEARS 12DG. THE NUMBER 12 SPECIFIES THE
GAUGE OF THE WIRE AND DG IS THE ABBREVIATION FOR THE WIRE COLOR. DARK GREEN. SHOWN IN
