Technical - This R/M is polyamide type thickener additive to help rheology control for 3 wet water borne paint.
Back ground If we use less than formular due to sagging resistance down.

RMQA 1. Stirring until not colloid prevent seeding problem in product.

2.Should to be filter by nylon net 380 Mesh before use
3.Must make small size before use for help easy soluble.
4. Use solid of paddle help stir while stirring because Disparlon AQ-630 sediment (heavy weight) effect to seeding problem
(dissolve not complete colloids are suspension)

Manufacturing - Mixing with DI Water and 2-EHG while stiiring

Standard

First lot check -Confirm check fineness (</= 5 um)

 -Mix with BA ratio 50 : 50 (Must not colloid are suspension)
