1 SCOPE
This specification describes the scope of test and inspection and the report format for static
equipment erection except for site fabricated tank and furnace of DSLNG Project at site.

In case Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) have been already issued by SUBCONTRACTOR, the
SUBCONTRACTOR’s ITP shall be superseded by this specification.

2 DEFINITION
The following terminologies are used in this specification.

(1) The OWNER is PT. Donggi-Senoro LNG


(2) The CONTRACTOR is PT. JGC Indonesia and JGC Corporation Consortium.
(3) The SUBCONTRACTOR is the party appointed by CONTRACTOR which carries out the
activities of the Work.

4 ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
Acceptance criteria shall be in accordance with the project specifications, drawing and instructions.
If the results of the inspection are unacceptable, changes or repairs shall be made and the
work/materials shall be re-inspected.

5 RESPONSIBILITIES
CONTRACTOR and SUBCONTRACTOR will perform quality control with CONTRACTOR’s ITP,
by means of check, tests and inspections, at scheduled or required stage of construction in
accordance with CONTRACTOR’s construction specifications, drawings and instructions.

6 SCOPE OF TEST AND INSPECTION


The SUBCONTRACTOR shall fully comply with the test and inspection requirements stated in the
related specifications, drawings and instructions. The SUBCONTRACTOR may prepare detailed
inspection and test plan, if required and it shall contain the following items:

7 OTHER REQUIREMENTS

7.1 Inspection Notification

SUBCONTRACTOR shall submit a Notification for Inspection to CONTRACTOR in


accordance with S-900-1540-101.

7.2 Subsequent Work

The SUBCONTRACTOR is not authorized to proceed to the subsequent work before


completion of the work. The work which is impracticable or difficult to inspect after
completion of the work, shall be carried out in the presence of CONTRACTOR supervisor.

7.3 Responsibilities of SUBCONTRACTOR

The requirements of inspection do not supplant or negate the SUBCONTRACTOR’s


responsibilities defined in CONTRACTOR’s order and applicable specifications, nor as
required by governing statutory regulations or codes.

7.4 Rights of CONTRACTOR

CONTRACTOR reserves the rights to modify SUBCONTRACTOR’s inspection items.
