X-Tend Food Grade Filtration Installation Instructions

1) Install new filter during lubricant change out.

2) Remove existing scavenge line between separator tank and airend.

3) Mount the new X-Tend filter mounting head to a rigid surface using the 3
supplied tap-tite screws.

4) Use hoses and fittings supplied in kit to pipe from separator tank to filter
mounting head “in” and then from filter head “out” to airend.

5) Fill the filter module ¾ full with fresh FG lubricant and install on filter head.

6) Record date on module.

7) Operate for 30 minutes and check for leaks.

8) Change module every 6 months or as determined by the Increase in TAN.
