Profile​:​ A dedicated, passionate, and organized professional. A vivacious, well-spoken, and straight

Experience​:​ Four years as a substitute teacher in Ottawa County. Courses and practice in photography,
metal sculpture, and woodworking. Studied African-American history, Russian History and the history of
South-East Asia and China. Working with and for people of all backgrounds and professions. Managed a
small business for three years. Placing orders, data entry and editing, budgeting for a small business.
Website development. 20 years in music and music performance. 5 years of grounds and maintenance
work for Nelis’ Dutch Village theme park. Studied and executed a variety of different foods from different
cultures at Hope College.
Professional Goals​: ​Further my education and complete my Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and a
Masters of Fine Arts in three-dimensional art. Renew my teaching license and search for opportunities to
teach in higher education. Create a neighborhood and community garden co-op to provide food for local
community members. Open a metal-working studio for art and design.
