Tasks and Responsibilities:

Key responsibility area 1: Procedures development and improvement


 Prepare quality control procedure; inspection and test plans, Method statements once
required.
 Review and ensure the implementation of the QCPs ITPs
 Issue and track non-conformity reports
 Control all documentation upon the completion of the project (close out report)
 File Quality records and enter a proper handing over of all quality files on the projects
 Monitor project quality plan and quality management procedures

 Monitor the implementation of project quality plan and quality management procedures
 Issue and track non-conformity reports
 Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system.
Recommend and implement improvements when required
 File quality records and enter a proper handing over of all quality files
 Prepare periodic reports regarding the performance of work to be presented to the project
manager (QC)
 Prepare review on standard procedures & forms when required
Key responsibility area 2: Site quality control and audits
 Coordinate with the planner for the preparation of the program of work and review.
 Prepare and control project quality plan prior to project commencement
 Coordinate all QC activities with the project manager
 Coordinate with other quality units for quality improvements
 Verify quality requirements and documentation submittals
 Monitor implementation of the construction quality control procedures
 Assist in the projects at the start to keep a proper monitoring and follow on closing
regarding to Quality issue
 Attend on site for specific quality meetings (including client quality management) and any
other technical meetings
 Perform all site audits on behalf of BATCO’s management
 Review documents, and other technical details pertinent to the project under execution
 Coordinate any resolution of non-conformity in accordance with contractual requirements
 Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system.

Key responsibility area 3: External communication / coordination
 Coordinate with vendor quality approvals when required
 Coordinate with the project's Site Engineers to ensure that all procedural aspects are being
carried out through a systematic method
 Coordinate with the safety officer regarding safety requirements
 Follow and closing all clients’ complaints
Key responsibility area 4: Quality assurance and audits
 Coordinate with vendor quality approvals when required
 Coordinate with other quality units for quality improvements
 Monitor implementation of the construction quality procedures
 Assist the projects at the start to keep a proper monitoring and follow on closing regarding
to Quality issue
 Verify quality requirement and documentation submittals
 Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the quality management system. Recommend
and implement improvements when required
 Conduct orientation on ISO standards
 Prepare computer-based documentation to company standards from provided input to meet
requirements of the QHSE Manager
 Prepare the companies QA manual and supervise any amendments and revisions
 Coordinate all QA activities with the project manager and HOD’s
 Prepare all audit related issues (Schedule, Checklists, Summary Reports, CARs, QMS
register)
 Monitor all quality related activities in the main office
 Ensure all instances of non-conformance are investigated, in order to establish the root
cause analysis and determine the corrective (or preventive) actions required
 Perform all site audits on behalf of BATCO’s management and departmental audits
 Attend on site for specific quality meetings (including client quality management) and any
other technical meetings
 Prepare and control project quality plan prior to project commencement
 Follow registering and ensure closing all clients’ complaints
 Prepare Quality Audit Plan
