Appointment /Authority to Represent

Ricardo C. Diuco /Julie F Diuco owner of residential property at no. 19 caraballo st. Hacienda
heights village Marikina, hereby authorized Ms. Cindy Ranillo with concern to the renting of
said residential property. Ms. Ranillo is given authority to screen prospective rented’ prepare
rent agreement, receive rent payments to be deposited in owners bank account. ms. Ranillo
will be incharge with the property maintenance and up keeps , maintaining safety order and
cleanliness. Wherein will make a monthly report to the owner of the property status. in turn
will receive 10% of the monthly rent income which will be deducted from the proceeds. Rent
terms: 1. Monthly rent of the 12.000.00 with yearly increase of 10% 2. Rentee will be a family
compose of married couples with no more than 2 children 3. rented will give 2 months deposit
and 1 month advance 4. Rent agreement is to be notorized.
