Sr. Engineer & Asst. Manager:

1. Checking HOTO and PO/PPA documents for any special requirements needed by the customer
or BD persons.
2. Collecting the Initial files (site survey reports, initial sketch, stringing chart, electricity bills
etc…) to cross check and check whether any deviation between HOTO capacity and initial
capacity layout.
3. Getting the module and inverter preferable makes from the managers if any changes from
initial layouts.

a. SLD – to verify Breaker capacity
b. Inverter, LT Panel locations
c. Earthing locations
d. LA confirmation
e. Lifeline location
f. Feeding point distance etc…
5. Ensure the site verification should be done in min. days and get the required data from PM.
6. Prepare the Execution Drawings with all necessity data.
a. General Layout (water Pipeline, life line, walkways etc)
b. Structure drawings (check for optimum)
c. Footing Layout (with the help of structure)
d. Wiring Layout (Nomenclature, string numbers, names, grouping etc)
e. SLD (Breaker sizes, Busbar sizes, cable sizes and ratings of each equipment)
f. Earthing Layout (No of Earth pits and their nomenclature)
g. Cable tray routing
7. Prepare the entire BOM (Structure and General)
8. Prepare the simulation report using PVsyst/Arc Helios software’s.
9. Calculations for each technical related like sizing calculations for
a. Cables
b. Earth pits and Earthing Calculations
c. Voltage drop calculations
d. Lightening Arrestor calculations etc…
