Perform secretarial services for the designated Sangguniang Bayan Member 2. Maintain cleanliness of their respective office 3. Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging and scheduling meetings 4. Responsible for the filing of all the documents in the custody of the Sagguniang Bayan. Member 5. Performs other related functions which may be assigned from time to time All concerned are hereby directed to extend all necessary assistance to the following employees of the aforementioned office in the performance of their duties and functions.
