Carroll, Ph.D.* Chancellor, San Diego Community College District Dr. Constance M. Carroll is chancellor of the San Diego Community College District, the nation’s sixth largest community college district. She also serves on the Board of several organizations, including the Urban League of San Diego County and BIOCOM. John Chiang* California State Controller Controller John Chiang serves as California’s Chief Fiscal Officer and the chair of the Franchise Tax Board. Morial President and Chief Executive Officer (National Urban League) Marc H. Morial is the President and CEO of the National Urban League. Mr. Morial is a respected expert on national policy and its impact on cities, including the arts, transportation and infrastructure, the environment, crime prevention, housing, jobs, and recreation. John Quinones* Co-anchor "Primetime" John Quiñones is a co-anchor of "Primetime" and was most recently a correspondent for "Primetime Thursday" and "20/20.” He won six national Emmy Awards for his "PrimeTime Live," "Burning Questions" and "20/20" work. He was awarded an Emmy for his coverage of the Congo's virgin rainforest. Timothy A. Simon* Commissioner California Public Utilities Commission Commissioner Simon utilizes his background in business, regulatory law, and public service to continue to bring affordable, reliable, and even more environmentally-friendly energy supply to California. He actively promotes and encourages diversity to reflect California's diverse population. Luke Visconti* Partner and Co-founder, DiversityInc Mr. Visconti directs all editorial operations of the magazine and web site. He also developed and directs the methodology for the DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity. He is a frequent senior level lecturer on the business benefits of diversity to corporations, business groups and non-profits.
