DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, VICTORIANO M. SALAS, married to Dolores V. Mungcal, of legal age, Filipino


citizen, and a resident of Talaga, Capas, Tarlac, to wit:

WITNESSETH:

That for and in consideration of the sum of THREE HUNDRED ONE

full of which we hereby acknowledge to my entire and complete satisfaction from
JOSELITO C. ASENIERO, single, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of #14
Malumanay St., U.P. Diliman, Quezon City, I hereby CEDE, SELL, TRANSFER and
CONVEY, an undivided portion with an area of SIX HUNDRED THREE (603)
SQUARE METERS, more or less, by way of Absolute Sale unto the VENDEE, his heirs
and assigns, a parcel of land more particularly described as follows:

THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX (2,536) SQUARE METERS, more or
less, more or less.”

of which parcel of land we are the Absolute and registered owner and We hereby
warrant that the same is free from all liens and encumbrances.
