SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, I MST. WAJEEHA UMAIR MAJID

wife of Umair Majid resident of 8-B, Punjab Housing Co-operative Society, Lahore.

WHEREAS certain cases of civil nature to be filed in the courts of law or other departments
etc. and certain matters regarding property/land (1) Shop No.10 Block- Subway Lohari
(LDA), (2) House No.2 Street No.31, Bari Street Wassan Pura Lahore (3) Vehicle No.LEE-
08-55449. Therefore for the purposes I the above named do hereby appoint, make and
constitute MR. MUHAMMAD ZULIFQAR son of resident of House
No.2, Street No.31, Bari Street Wassan Pura Lahore, my attorney in my name and on my
behalf to do or execute all or any of the following acts or things:-

(i) To institute, file, conduct or defend suits/petitions/applications or any legal

proceedings before any court/tribunal/authority or sub-registrar etc., regarding the
succession of my late father Muhammad Ijaz Butt.

(ii) To accept the service of any summon or legal process or to file/receive back
documents and also sworn affidavits and record evidence in this behalf.

(iii) To engage and appoint any legal practitioner/advocate/counsel, to file, sign, verify
any pleadings, plaints, written statements, petitions, claims, applications etc.

(iv) To make, execute, effect and enter into any agreement including compromise
agreement, deeds, transfers, assignments or other document and to deposit, receive
and withdraw any money.

(v) Generally to do all other lawful acts and things in this regard on my behalf.

AND, We hereby agree that all acts, deeds, statements and things lawfully done by my said
attorney in the scope of authority hereby conferred, shall be construed as acts, deeds,
statements and things done by us and we undertake to ratify and confirm all and whatsoever my
said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done for me by virtue of the powers hereby given.
