The Board of Trustees, all Filipino, of legal age, with principal office address at 5/F Vega Center,
Lopez Avenue, College, Los Baños, Laguna, after being sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and state as follows:

That we are the Board of Trustees of VICTORY CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP OF LOS BAÑOS, INC.
(hereinafter referred to as “VICTORY LOS BAÑOS”), a religious organization duly organized and existing
under Philippine Laws, with registered address at 5/F Vega Center, Lopez Avenue, College, Los Baños,
Laguna;

That during the board meeting, and meeting of its members, both held on January 19, 2017,
wherein a quorum was present and acted throughout, unanimous of the board and two-third (2/3) of
its members voted and approved the following resolution to wit;

Resolution No. 01-2017

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that VICTORY CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP OF LOS BAÑOS, INC.
will change its name to VICTORY CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP OF LAGUNA, INC.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the following provisions in the articles of incorporation
will change to:

 That we, the undersigned, all of legal age and residents of the Philippines, have this
day voluntarily associated ourselves together for the purpose of forming a religious
corporation in accordance with Sec. 116 of the Corporation Code of the Philippines,
and

That we, the undersigned, all of legal age and residents of the Philippines, have this
day voluntarily associated ourselves together for the purpose of forming a non-stock,
non-profit religious organization in accordance with Sec. 116 of the Corporation Code
of the Philippines, and (as amended)

 That the name of this corporation shall be:

VICTORY CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP OF LOS BAÑOS, INC.

That the name of this non-stock, non-profit association shall be: (as amended)
VICTORY CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP OF LAGUNA, INC. (as amended)

 That the purpose of this religious society is for the administration and management
of its secular affairs, properties and temporalities
AND IN FURTHERANCE THERETO:
1. To undertake, maintain and conduct religious endeavors for the furtherance of the
Gospel of Jesus Christ in Los Baños and in such other places as the organization may
deem necessary by establishing Christian fellowship and churches:

That the purpose of this Christian fellowship is for the administration of its affairs,
properties and temporalities. Other purposes are (as amended):
1. To undertake, maintain and conduct religious endeavors for the furtherance of the
Gospel of Jesus Christ within the province of Laguna by establishing Christian
fellowship and churches (as amended)
 RESOLVED FINALLY, that the reportorial requirements be prepared for Securities and Exchange
Commission and all other regulatory agencies.

That the foregoing Resolution remains valid and has not in any manner been revoked, nor
repealed to date.
