DE Meetings:
Martin Brown and Sophia Pickles attended digital fringe events at both the Labour Party and the Conservative Party
conferences recently. Eric Joyce MP attended a meeting organized by ‘westminster-sceptics’ where Tom Watson
MP spoke about the DE Act. Representatives from the Rwandan Government are meeting with the DEAPPG on 27 th
October to talk about the digital economy in Africa. The DEAPPG is supporting the work of www.catch-22.org and we
look forward to hearing more from them on November 30th in HoC. Members of DEAPPG will attend the launch
event for Everything Everywhere in HoC on 10/11/10.
