Unoaked so as to retain its intensely tropical aromas and flavors, with overtones of subtle melon and grapefruit. It has a terrific balance, is full flavored with great length, depth of flavor and a delicious mouth feel. The wine shows a light yellow color with marked greenish tones. The aromas show tropical fruit flavors with touches of apple and pear as well as hints of cinnamon and minerals. The mouth feel is full yet clean, with fresh, crisp acidity. This is well balanced wine and creamy. Firm oak and butter are dominant. Dried apricot and pinapple mixed with caramel and honey make for a lush, rich sensation. Add in lush white peach and seweat spice. Cinnamon and almond finish off the taste. A pretty and bright yellow with hints of pale green and straw shadows. Elegant and aromatic nose with an impressive array of minerality, fruit and subtle oak. Subtle elegance and a surprising freshness at the attack that develops into a round and juicy mid palate. Finish is long and intense. Rounded, buttery nose. Refined, rich and quite oaky on the palate. Soft, ripe fruit makes a pleasant Aussie Chardonnay. The wine is bone dry, high in acidity, and compellingly complex. The dryness makes the lime zest and kiwi flavors star on their own, while new French oak adds a gorgeous layer of toasty cream. Flavors of pear, apple, citrus, mineral and vanilla mingle well with a hint of oak. This wine has good acidity adding to its round mouth feel and silky texture finishing clean and smooth. This refreshing chardonnay will pair well with fruit and cheese plates and a variety of lighter dishes. Aromas of lemon curd, white peach, pineapple and passion fruit leap from the glass along with hints of caramel apple and a touch of oak.

Pale straw with a greenish tint. Aromas: Gooseberry, grapefruit, lime, with background notes of asparagus and flint. The lively tart and definitely not sweet lime rind, grassy and mineraly flavors dance into the finish "as time goes by". The nose is enticing pineapple and granadilla layered with chalky mineral green pepper aromas. A dry bracing crispness on the palate followed by fresh tropical fruit intensity that is well integrated with a zesty acidity and a citrus fruit aftertaste. Zesty flavors and aromas of grapefruit, citrus and honeydew mingle with a subtle grassy note that is complemented by a lingering finish of mango and guava.

The 2005 J. Lohr Estates Bay Mist White Riesling is a very youthful, pale brassy yellow color with enticing fruit aromas of peach, apricot, honeydew melon with a rose and curry spiciness. The 2.30% residual sugar is balanced by the crisp grape acidity and natural spritz from a long cool fermentation, making the 2005 White Riesling delightfully fruity, and refreshing Subtle aromas of tangerine, green apple and minerals would be appropriate to describe the nose of Chateau Ste. Michelle and Dr. Loosen Eroica Riesling 2004. Very pleasant and intriguing. This is a forward wine with great character. It has a crisp, clean taste with overtones of green apple and apricot. It also has a somewhat dry finish that adds to its complexity.

Sweet ripe berry and cherry fruit on the nose with a bit of tarriness, a hint of mint and a liqueur-like richness. The palate is sweet and dense with nice rich spicy fruit backed up by some tarry oak. Quite an accessible style, with just a hint of green herbiness. A medium bodied, cool climate Shiraz with quite vibrant, fleshy. Excellent berry and plum fruits, subtle spice and soft tannins to close. This elegant, cool-grown style has very good, ripe flavor with hints of chocolate, toast and ripe plums. In the mouth, it has good concentration, medium weight and a linear intensity that provides persistence and tautness of structure. Dark purple, bright magenta hues. Nose: Blood plums, a touch of vanilla. Palate: Classic Elderton, showing rich ripe plums, chocolate and vanilla. Big and luscious, yet very soft and generous. A dense ruby/purple color. It possesses layers of dried spice, coffee, blackcurrant and the wine displays fullness, freshness and seamless oak integration. The dark ruby/purple-colored 1998 Shiraz Liandra Vineyard exhibits beautiful, sweet, blackberry fruit intertwined with pepper, saddle leather, and spice. Rhone-like in its aromatics, this rich, full-bodied, compelling Shiraz displays low acidity as well as a fleshy, succulent mouth-feel. Lifted bouquet with floral tones and a hint of cedar. It shows spicy lifted oak, with loads of plums and berry fruits and huge soft tannins. This wine is rich and powerful, yet balanced throughout.

The 2003 J. Lohr Estates Los Osos Merlot offers seductive dark red-purple hues with good density. Bright and luscious red cherry fruit dominates the nose with an enticing background of spicy toasted oak. Complementing this fruit are notes of anise and vanilla toast. The end result is a wine with balanced layers and a long lingering finish. Young and intense bright purple red. Very clean and intense aromas with delightfully fresh red fruit and black pepper dominating the nose. Flora Springs Napa Valley Merlot remains consistent over the years and this vintage is no exception. It boasts full fruit characteristics of strawberry and cherry with a hint of raspberry and spiciness. A small amount of new oak barrels were used in the aging process, and a combination of French, American and Eastern European barrels were used to create a pronounced oak characteristic in the wine. The tannins are green tea-like and smooth, making this wine a favorite for any occasion.

Bright ruby red in color, this wine is made from a blend of Negroamaro (95%) and Malvasia Nera (5%). Medium bodied, it’s nicely structured with supple tannins and good acidity. This vineyard has produced a wine with a rich spicy black pepper nose and a hint of raisins. Full bodied taste with very intense, spicy, sweet cherry flavours have produced a well balanced wine full of flavours that combine to produce a nice finish This wine is deep ruby in color and its nose holds aromas of smoke, prunes and figs. Once in your mouth it displays flavors of cherries, woodsmoke, and green peppercorns, flavors that are buoyed up with a modicum of acidity and enveloped by light tannins. Varaldo Fantasia 4.20 is a very complex wine with a big nose and scents of berries, vanilla and liquorice. Its full-bodied palate and very long clean finish make it best suited for savory dishes as roasted pork, duck, aged cheese and pasta with flavorful sauces. Beautiful inky purple with magenta edge.
