Monthly Ministry Report 2018

God is doing amazing things in your ministry each month. Some are big and some are little, but
all from the hand of God. We would like for you to share what God is doing through this report
form. We read this each month and use this info to communicate with the Board of CCI, the
donors who invest in CCI and with your donors as well. As you complete this report each month,
share in brief statements with bullet points under each topic. If nothing has happened under a
specific topic, then put NOTHING. If you have staff on your team (ACs/RCs/TTW Facilitators/
potential team members) please include their information under each topic. There is a topic,
STAFF REPORTS to report anything about a team member. We anticipate reading and seeing
the work of the Lord Jesus through your ministry and those of your team.

Save this form for each month with this name (09-18 Ministry Report). For Sept. 18 (09-18
Northern Mindanao Ministry Report). Replace the region name with the name of your
region/area. Send these each month to Henry, and keep a backup copy.

PROMOTIONS– List how the ministry was promoted to others and what their response was
and what your follow up will be. (Add as many bullets as needed)

 Write your statements here. Last monh I went two promotion Merila with Ptr. Crispin one
of the alumni in Iligan went with me, next month will be their enrolment.
 My next promotion target will be in Davao city I was invited to promote the CCIP in the
church that they need training, next month will be the schedule.

CLASS VISITS- What class(s) did you visit? Share about the teacher, students and any things

 My whole class visit was only in Kapatagan class for they will graduate dated Dec. 10, 2018

TTWs CONDUCTED- List the location of the TTW, how many attended, how many partners
signed agreements, name of TTW facilitators and any highlights about each event. (Add as many

 Write here. We schedule 2 ttw Maranding and Kapatagan will join the TTW was scheduled
Dec. 11-13, 2018. Gingoog/Mandahilag k\alumni TTW was scheduled Dec. 14-16, 2018.

GFPs/SAEPs CONDUCTED- List the location of the GFP/SAEP, how many attended, name of
GFP/SAEP facilitators and any highlights about each event. (Add as many bullets as needed)
 Write here. After the graduation in Kapatagan GFP and SAEP was already schedule this
coming December 11-13, 2018.
 Kapatagan class is preparing for their next schedule of training.

Mindanao.

 Write here. 10 area coordinators will expand the training in their area, Lanao del norte,
Misamis oriental, Camiguin region.
 Pray that Lanao del norte alumni will be establish, the alumni in iligan area will be
reunited again.
 Pray to establish 5 alumni Gingoog and Mandahilag alumni, CDO alumni, Lanao area
alumni, Camiguin alumni, Iligan alumni.
