Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri,Health Club membership is based on single, couple, family and corporate applications. Use of facilities by members or their guests is entirely at their own risk. The Hotel will not be liable for any injuries or damages sustained while using the Club facilities. The Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to any personal belongings left in the Health Club or on the Hotel premises. Members must produce their membership cards upon entering the club premises and prior to using the Health Club facilities. Membership cards remain the property of Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri,Abu Dhabi. Loss of membership cards must be reported to the Health Club management immediately. An administration fee will be charged for a new card. Membership of the club is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. Guest passes must be pre-booked by a member and the member must be present for the entire time the guest is on the club premises. Guests of members cannot avail of food and beverage discounts that apply to memberships. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children and should ensure that they are supervised at all times.

10.Children under 16 are not permitted to use the gym, heat experience or Spa facilities at any
times, unless in a structured session being run by the club or one of its appointed staff.

11.Domestic helpers/ Nannies are not part of the membership and a full individual fee must be
paid should they wish to enter the facilities. 12. Food and beverage should not be brought onto the premises at any time for any reason. A full food and beverage service is available throughout the hotel. 13. To avail of membership food and beverage discount, a valid membership card must be presented and the member must be present. 14. The use of radios, television, CD/DVD players and all other portable music systems is not permitted, except with headphones.

15.It is forbidden for members or their guests to remove any Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri,
Health Club property from the premises including towels. Towels not returned will be charged for. 16. Pets of any kind are not allowed onto the premises at any time.

17.Games or activities, which are disturbing or dangerous to others, will not be permitted. 18. Appropriate clothing is required for all leisure activities and functions within the club premises.
Members and their guests are required to wear appropriate attire inside the restaurants, bathing suits are not acceptable.

19. Weekend entrance to the club is available for members’ guests only.

20.Members and guests are required to adhere to the rules and regulations of the Shangri-La
Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri Health Club at all times. Failure to do so may result in memberships being terminated. 21. The management reserves the right to close any of the facilities when necessary, no refunds will be given. 22. The management reserves the right: To accept or refuse any membership application without explanation or reason. To cancel or terminate any membership of the Club for violation of rules and regulations. To add to, alter or revoke any of these rules and regulations at any time.

23.All persons using the fitness facilities, swimming pools, beaches, water sports and heat
experience areas, must comply with the rules and regulations specific to these areas.

24.The Health Club is open every day from 6am to 10pm. The management reserves the right to
alter the opening hours without prior notice. I have read and understood the above terms and conditions for membership at Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri Abu Dhabi, and agree that I, a family member, or guest will cooperate and abide by the rules and regulations whilst on club premises.
