COMPUTER REPAIR / SERVICE AGREEMENT
1) Disclaimer a) Perez-Tech Computing will only perform and provide computer services, repairs and upgrades as requested by the customer. Perez-Tech Computing will conduct honest and reasonable services. The goal is to provide the highest quality of service and support, but specific results cannot be guaranteed. b) There may be circumstances under which your computer cannot be repaired or servi It may service. need to be rebuilt, reformatted or upgraded. (Examples: Age of PC, Replacement parts unavailable for specific model, Upgrade requires system reinitialization, etc.) c) The length of time required to service your computer cannot be predicted; any co completion time provided is to be considered best estimation. (See section 2.a below) d) You understand that the potential for data loss is possible during the process of your computer being serviced. You agree that you have made the necessary backups of your d so that, in the data event of such a loss, the data can be restored. Perez-Tech Computing will not be responsible for data loss (See section 4.d below) below). e) You authorize the technician(s) providing the service or repair to install anti virus and any other anti-virus necessary software on your computer to perform the required services. All software will be ssary deleted / uninstalled upon completion of the service. 2) Billing Terms a) Computer services/repairs are billed as stated on the Service Order provided. Charges will be calculated in half-hour increments and carry the minimum charge of one hour at the stated rate hour of the service provided. The maximum service charge will be three (3) hours at the stated rate of the service provided regardless of the time required to service/repair your PC beyond this time service/repair frame. b) An estimate of cost for work will be privded before performing services. Estimates are not guarenteed (See section 1.c above) c) In the case that there is an unforseen deviation, beyond the above estimated amount, every effort will be made to contact you and inform you of the situation to receive authorization to ort continue or stop at the estimated limit. d) In the case that you cannot be reached, work will stop until contact is established. Once reached, your decision to contin or stop will be honored by Perez-Tech Computing. continue Tech Computing 3) Payment Terms a) Full payment is due upon completion of services, upgrades, and repairs. b) Computer parts, hardware and/or software that are ordered must be paid in advance.
