Overall aim and context of the lesson


Divide by 2. and get the answer by counting with finger or drawing equal groups
Choose two aspects from the competency areas to evaluate and discuss (one
paragraph each) according to following:
Discuss one aspect that you feel you did very well. Try to analyses why you think it
worked well and what hints you would share with other teachers about the
successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style etc.

Positive aspect of the lesson:


I use vocabulary words to label parts of division sentence and going over vocabulary. So they
understand what the question want. Asking students to explain why did you but 2 there? So they
know what they’re doing that. Management – getting their attention again when they are off
task.

Elaborate on the aspect identified by you that requires attention. Discuss what the
problem was, why it occurred and what action you intend to take to be more
successful in the next lesson.

Requires Attention:
When the students are talking too much and not listening to me, I have to stop and refocus
them. I have to keep stopping if they are too noisy. Until they listen what I said also I have to
show them the angry face.

Personal focus for the next lesson:


I need to always remember that students rules of class and if they don't respect it, they will
Punishable set in the brake doing work for the subject or lose marks. And if they made a bad
behavior and they will get the two Punish.
