The voice tone of Fatima was very
good, she managed to have different
voice tones while explaining the lesson
for the students. As well as her behavior
management in the circle time.
Although Fatima was able to manage the
students behavior in the circle time, I think
Fatima should be developing her classroom
management skills by using different strategies
to manage the behavior of the student.

after doing the peer observation discussion, I felt very good about it because i was able to
give my partner some points to develop it, and Fatima took my advices very well and she
understands everything that I say. Also, she felt encouraged when i told her to do that and
when I told her she was good in doing some other things. The advices that i gave her is that
she should be managing the students in a more developed way by using other strategies
that will engage the students and will gain their attention as well.
