after doing the peer observation discussion, I felt very good about it because i was able to
give my partner some points to develop it, and Fatima took my advices very well and she
understands everything that I say. Also, she felt encouraged when i told her to do that and
when I told her she was good in doing some other things. The advices that i gave her is that
she should be managing the students in a more developed way by using other strategies
that will engage the students and will gain their attention as well.
