Resumen.
Se realizó una revisión comprensiva de las 116 especies de escarabajos dinástinos que ocurren en Honduras, Nicaragua, y El Salvador. Se proveen claves, descripciones, distribuciones y notas sobre la biología de todas las especies, también se presentan ilustraciones y mapas. Además, se incluyen sinópsis de los taxones de niveles superiores, un glosario, un listado de las localidades de colecta y un listado de las especies. Se describen las siguientes especies nuevas: Cyclocephala picopijola, Orizabus botox, O. hondurensis, O. puchicus, O. teamscaraborum, y Hemiphileurus euniceae. Se reconocen los siguientes sinónimos: Cyclocephala flava Dechambre (= C. sororia Bates); Golofa imperialis Thomson (= G. pizarro Hope); y Megasoma elephas iijimai Nagai (= M. elephas [Fabricius]).
