B Functionality
1. Login for admin with specified password. On Completed
successful login by either clicking on the
‘submit’ button or by pressing ‘enter’ using
keyboard, the “I comply” screen should be
displayed.
2. Login for admin with incorrect username. Completed
“Incorrect username” message should be
displayed in red.
3. Login for admin with incorrect password. Completed
“Incorrect Password” message should appear
in red. “Forgot password” link should appear
(font color should be visible)
4. On clicking “Forgot password”, security Completed
questions pop-up should appear.
5 If invalid answers are entered, message Completed
“Invalid answers” should be displayed in red.
6 If valid answers are entered, reset password Completed
pop-up should appear and security questions
pop-up should disappear.
7 Admin should be able to login using the Completed

II “I COMPLY” SCREEN
A Aesthetics
1. All toolbar icons should be disabled Completed

Username, Role and Last Login (dd-mon-year,
time in 24-hr format or 12 hr format with
am/pm).
3 Check spelling and completeness of the Completed
restriction on usage message.

B Functionality
1. Clicking any of the disabled icons should only Pending

III a ADMIN DASHBOARD – USER ACCESS CONTROL
A Aesthetics
1. “User Access Control” (Initial caps) should be Pending

should be disabled.
B Functionality
1. Select and deselect boxes. Login from the Completed
operator/maintainer login and check whether
the corresponding modules are visible or
invisible
III b ADMIN DASHBOARD – MANAGE USERS
A Aesthetics
1. “Manage users” (Initial caps) should be Pending
displayed in the screen header.
2. Print icon should be enabled. IETM core icon Pending
should be disabled.
3 Check the correctness of column headers (Sr. Completed
No., ID, Role, Username, Quick Functions)
4 Total existing users should be displayed Completed
correctly. Total existing users are users who
have not yet been deleted.
5 Quick functions should contain an orange
pencil icon and a green view icon for all users
except for the deleted users. Deleted users will
only have a green view icon.
6. Show entries, find, add member, prev, next, Completed
first, last are all additional features which
should be visible on screen.
7. Entries in the tables should be such that all Pending
active users should appear first and all deleted
users should appear last by default.
B Functionality
1. a) Show ‘n’ entries should show all the ‘n’ Completed
entries (by scrolling).
b) Showing 1 to n of “total” entries should be
displayed correctly below the table.
2. On clicking ‘prev’, ‘next’ tab the rest of the Completed
entries should be displayed ‘n’ wise. The
numbering should continue from n+1 on
clicking next the first time and so on.
3. On clicking the pencil (or edit) icon for admin Pending
only, hand-over pop-up should appear. (To be
added)
4. a) On clicking the edit icon for other existing Completed
users, an “Edit Member” pop-up should appear.
b) It should have fields for username,
password, re-entering password, ID No., Role.
c) All buttons should be labelled in all caps.
d) The eye-icon helps to see or mask the
password.
5. a) If ‘edit’ is clicked in the ‘Edit member’ pop- Completed
up, then on making changes to any field, the
save button is enabled.
b) On clicking the ‘save’ button, all data is
saved.
6 a) If ‘delete’ button is clicked, then a pop-up Completed
confirming whether to delete or not appears.
b) Buttons of this pop-up should be in all caps.
c) Clicking ‘no’ will lead back to the main
manage users page
d) Clicking ‘yes’ will delete the user. Newly
deleted user should appear either at the
beginning of all deleted users or at the end of
the table.
7. a) On clicking the ‘view’ icon, Activity screen is Handover
displayed. is pending
b) For admin, “created on/Handed-over on:” will
be displayed in addition to all other fields.
c) For usual user, it will display “Created on”
field in addition to all other fields.
d) For deleted user, an additional field “Deleted
on” will also be displayed.
8 The sort function should work for each column. Completed
