The bill is controversial, as it is being opposed by concerned citizens, especially the pro-life, pro-family
and pro-God groups, regardless of creed or religion. The Roman Catholic Church expresses its opposition
against the bill on many counts, most especially the procurement and distribution of family planning
supplies for the whole country, when the available evidence from peer reviewed medical journals
supports the hypothesis that when ovulation and fertilization occur in women taking oral contraceptives
(OCs) or using intrauterine devices (IUD), post-fertilization effects are operative on occasion to prevent
clinically recognized pregnancy. Hormonal contraceptives and/or IUDs directly affect the endometrium.
These effects have been presumed to render the endometrium relatively inhospitable to implantation or
to the maintenance of the preembryo or embryo prior to clinically recognized pregnancy. These make
pills and IUDS abortifacient.
Pro-life groups, and many professionals in the medical and nursing fields, believe that physicians and
policy makers should understand and respect the beliefs of patients who consider human life to be
present and valuable from the moment of fertilization. Patients should be made fully aware of this
information so that they can consent to or refuse the use of artificial contraceptives.
However, the position of the Catholic Church and the pro-life groups does not mean that they espouse
the attitude of "natalism" at all costs, as if the "number" of children, in itself, were the unmistakable sign
of authentic christian matrimonial life.
The benefits of proposing the reproductive health bill is more on the proponents of the bill itself rather
than on the Filipino nation. The Global Sexual and Reproductive Health Act of 2010 is being pushed by
the US, especially the Obama administration to control the population of developing countries. The
International Planned Parenthood Federation is behind all this. This is all about eugenics. Read the life of
Margaret Sanger for more details.
What is the advantage and disadvantage of reproductive health bill in the Philippines?
The advantage of Reproductive Health Bill in the Philippines is that hopes to provide midwives for skilled
attendance to childbirth and emergency obstetric care, even in geographically isolated and depressed
areas. Thus, the one of the causes of maternal mortality, that arising from unattended births, will be
addressed. The disadvantage of the Reproductive Health Bill in the Philippines is the undue focus being
given to reproductive health and population and development, when many more urgent and important
health problems need to be addressed in the country, those that cause a significant number of deaths
across the country such as cardiovascular diseases and infections. Financial resources allotted by foreign
donors to assist the Philippine government programs could actually be better spent towards pursuing
health programs targeting communicable diseases than purchasing artificial contraceptives. The

"number" of children, in itself, were the unmistakable sign of authentic christian matrimonial life. The
sexual act, properly exercised within marriage only, is ordained primarily to the propagation of life. If
there are reasonable motives for spacing births, such as serious medical conditions in the mother, or
extreme poverty, then the Catholic Church teaches that married couples may take advantage of the
natural cycles of the reproductive system and use their marriage precisely those times that are infertile
(natural family planning). Other aspects of the bill being contested by concerned citizens include the
classification of family planning supplies as essential medicines when their safety/toxicity profile and
legal permissibility are questionable. Very pertinent to the debate about reproduction rights is the right
to life. The Philippine Constitution says that the State "shall equally protect the life of the mother and
the life of the unborn from conception. If artificial contraceptives are medically proven to induce
abortion as one of their mechanisms of action, then procurement and distribution of such family
planning supplies are unconstitutional and illegal.
it helps a lot of people to plan their family and to control the over population of our country that benifits
our daily needs and to support those persons who could not buy their needed materials.. .
Some of the advantages of the reproductive health bill of thePhilippines are that it allows for women to
access informationabout birth control and maternal care. In addition, the bill grantswomen the option
for abortion if they choose to have smallerfamilies.
It proposes sexual and reproductive health. It proposes gender equality, equity and womens' rights.
However, the means being proposed are unconstitutional and smacks of a eugenics agenda of
developed nations against developing nations. Read more about Margaret Sanger and the International
Planned Parenthood Federation for details.
It should not be passed in the Congress and in the Senate as a law. It is UNCONSTITUTIONAL! Very
pertinent to the debate about reproductive rights is the primacy of the right to life. The Philippine
Constitution says that the State "shall equally protect the life of the mother and the life of the unborn
from conception." Artificial contraceptives are abortifacient, that is, they prevent the implantation of a
newly conceived baby into the mother's womb, as one of their mechanisms of action.
Reproductive health is important because it help us to know about our reproductive parts and take
proper care of our reproductive health.
What is your stand about reproductive health bill?
My stand about the reproductive health bill is AGAINST or I am anti-RH Bill as it is.
rh bill is where the senate had to pass to bring our nation less population
Unconstitutional as it would provide for hormonal contraceptives and intrauterine devices (IUDS) which
have been proven to have post-fertilization effects, meaning they cause changes in the lining of the
uterus so that a newly conceived baby cannot implant and thus get "aborted" (this is what is called its
abortifacient effect). Please check wikipedia for details and the Americal Journal of Obstetrics and
Gynecology to verify the truth of this statement.
1. It aims at education & promotion of safe sex and use of modern contraceptive devises. (Sec. 13,
Mandatory Age-Appropriate Reproductive Health and Sexuality Education, HB 96 ). According to the US
Center for Disease Control, there is no such thing as safe sex. The most reliable ways to avoid
transmission of STDs are to abstain from sexual activity, or to be in a long-term mutually monogamous
relationship with an uninfected partner..
2. It advocates for classifying making family planning supplies as essential medicine (Sec. 9, Family
Planning Supplies as Essential Medicines, HB 96). The only essential medicine for most normal, low risk
pregnancy is iron and folic acid vitamin supplementation..
3. It wants to promote a program to "achieve equitable allocation of resources" (Sec. 3, Guiding
Principles, HB 96) when problems pertaining to lack of "reproductive health" is not as prevalent nor as
life-threatening as our other health problems according to the top 10 leading causes of morbidity and
mortality in our country. .
4. It proposes mandatory age-appropriate reproductive health and sexuality education (Sec. 13, HB 96).
This is a real pandora's box. C-FAM reported that Diane Schneider, representing the National Education
Association (NEA), the largest teachers union in the US, is advocating for more "inclusive" sex education
in US schools, with curricula based on liberal hetero and homosexual expression. Schneider told the
audience at a panel on combating homophobia and transphobia that "oral sex, masturbation, and
orgasms need to be taught in education." She claimed that the idea of sex education remains an
oxymoron if it is abstinence-based, or if students are still able to opt-out. If you were a parent of a grade
schooler, would you want this for your children?.
December 21, 2012 is the end of the world, its when the RH bill is approved.
It will make women un-healthy and the baby too. Anything that effects you will effect th baby. From

1. It gives or inject in the mind of every youth that it is good to have sexual intercourse without marriage
or "fornication" in which - this is not good: Every parents would not allow their young children to be a
bondage of sin just to satisfy their flesh - Remember "a moment of pleasure can cause an eternal
suffering"
NO. it won't guarantee anything. Development depends on the individual and collective discipline of the
citizens of the country. By Divine Law, life must be protected and preserved from the first moment of
conception.
What is the cause and effect of reproductive health bill in the Philippines?
Reproductive health bill (RH bill) designed because of over populated, this issue will effect an less
abortion.
What is conclusion about reproductive health bill if the problem is in the family relationship?
The reproductive health bill was established in 2012. This bill'spurpose is to get reproductive health for
families, such as birth control and maternal check ups for pregnant women.
What are the economic effects of reproductive health bill in the Philippines?
The reproductive health bill in the Philippines just passed in 2012and wasn't implemented until 2013, so
the numbers aren't in on howit's impacting things in an economic sense. However, proponents ofthe law
hope that lowering the birth rate will decrease poverty andresult in an improved economic condition for
both families and thegovernment.
Reproductive health bill or commonly known as RH-Bill is simply a more politically acceptable term for
population reduction. This bill seeks not only to eradicate poverty and over population but also to
educate the young masses about reproduction. Also, educating the youth would help to reduce
incidences for sexual abuse. I believed that it is the high time that the state enforces a law that looks
after the welfare of the family specially the woman and have a shot at educating the the youth. Yes,
there are contentions that educating the youth make them more curious about sex and lead them to the
ultimately unwanted pregnancies. And I think that it is the only way to prevent overpopulation( please
correct me if i am wrong, based only in my analysis) even if there are many people opposing it. RH bill is
the only a guide (i guess) on how to manage our self even if some of us treat as for creation or for
pleasure... JUST THINK RESPONSIVELY ABOUT IT SO THAT YOU WONT REGRET.... believed in your self
before others..,, because, it is in our hand the future we want...
Type your answer here... this is corny i want to know what syntax is or reproductive health bill and here i
have to answer very disgusting.
What will you do if you have a problem with your reproductive health?
Seek the reasons for your poor reproductive health outside of'allopathy,' the way most doctors are
trained. Metal or dietarycontamination, vitamin and/or mineral deficiency, complications dueto stress,
and other factors may contribute to poor reproductivehealth. These have become abundantly evident in
declining sperm counts andproblems with reproductive organs, both on the rise; andunfortunately, an
allopathic doctor's advice (or more often, prescriptions) just makes things worse.
