DIY Vending Machine

Page 2 are ¼ scale drawings.

Page 3 are drawings NOT to scale
Page 4 are full size tracings of the outline of the original parts W1, W2, W3 & W4.
Page 5 is a full size tracing of the original part T6 & T7.
Page 6 shows photographs of the actual mechanism.

Wood used is 12mm Plywood except for the following:

SC1 & CS4 made from 6mm plywood

Block 2 made from 9mm Plywood

I have made every effort to make sure these drawings are as accurate as possible but I would recommend that you
cut the pieces as you need them so you can double check my measurement are correct for what you have actually
made.
Please be aware that my original vending machine was made as a one off and was entirely out of my head with no
drawings. In order to produce these plans I dismantled the vending machine to measure each part.
There are many possible ways to make a vending machine, this is how I made mine and hopefully is will help you
make a vending machine of your own.

Do Not screw W2, W3 & W4 together until you make sure the mechanism works!
Screw hole shown above are for example positions only you will need to work out exact positions when you have the
mechanism working.
