In Separate bow! mix Oats, Almonds, Coconut and Pecans. Pour liquid over oats mixture and stir until well blended. Pour onto a large baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Bake, stirring every 10 minutes to bake evenly. SES Remove and allow to cool before adding nuts or dried fruits. simmer over medium heat.
