 Under the law, the board has wide access to
Regulation: all of the information that is within all nuclear
actions. It makes the recommendations
transparent and accountable. For that
reason, it is important for the board to
increase oversight, rather than decrease.

All nuclear facilities, have until March 31st of

Consequences: 2019 to inform the board of all actions. For
each day they fail to cooperate, a
ten-thousand dollar fine will follow.
