TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Pomegranates Arils Separation System
Initial data
Product: Pomegranates Arils Separation System 1 / 2 / 4 heads
respectivly
Capacity: Up to 15 /20 / 28 / 56 fruits per minute per extractor
respectivly
Application
This system is used as a standalone Pomegranates Arils Separation
System to extract the arils out of the fruit shell and separate the
membranes, reduces product damage and save man work capacity.
Functional description
The concept of the extractor is to open the fruit with minimal
damage to the arils, create enough gentle air flow at high rate
through the product flow, to separate the arils from the shell.
The Receiving line also serves as disinfection unit, using per acetic
acid, brushes and hot water
The Extractor gently scratches the fruit skin, open it and separate
the arils from the shell and membranes using air and water.
The Conveyors System takes the shell and membranes to its bin
while gently convey the arils to the end stage dry it with unique
fans.
The system can be sprayed through for daily cleaning outside and
inside. The electric motors, PLC and control panels must stay dry.

extractor) at the machine, oil free dry air, in accordance with
the FDA regulations.

hygienic design – Extractor SS316, rest SS304.
