MeNAMARA, being duly sworn, state as follows: 1. Tam a Special Agent with the Pederal Bureau of Investigation, and have been so employed since approximately 1992, Wy current respunsibilities include the investigation of public corruption offenses. I have investigated, among others, cases involving attempting, hy extortion, te ubstruct and affeet commerce, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sretion 1951. During my-tonure as an FBI Special Agent, Lhave been involved in various types of electronie surveillance, physical surveillanes, and the ion of sesrvh warrants. 2 TL have been involved in ihe investigation of EDWARD M.
