Institute Details

NATIONAL FIRE SAFETY INSTITUTE was established in the year 2014 under the
governance of ‘Adarsh Sarvajanik Trust’ and lately in the year 2016 under the auspices of
‘Labour employment & Environment Development Council’ to impart training in fire
management, industrial safety and disaster management and its allied subjects. It also
imparts various skill development programmes such as Basic Computer Education, Driving,
Swimming, English Improvement Course, Civil Defence, Disaster Management, First Aid etc.
, along with the regular fire and safety courses with a view to enable and empower the
trainees to use these skills as and when needed in their future career. In order to combat
any emergencies like fire incidents, gas leakage, and explosion and the issues connected
with industrial safety, it conducts short term and specialized training programmes on fire,
industrial safety, and first aid including the components of disaster management to the
concerned personnel of various categories of industrial units, government and semi-
government organizations, as per their specific requirements.
During these 3 years, National Fire Safety Institute has successfully provided training
to students in the field of Fire, Safety & Environment and successfully helped them in giving
placement at various organizations in Gujarat on No-Profit.
The main aim of the National Fire Safety Institute is to provide skilled education in
the field of Fire, Safety & Environment to economically challenged candidates, those
candidates who cannot further go with their higher education due to lack of confidence,
merit marks or any other problems and carve them so that they can work in a respective
society, earn and fulfil their needs & requirements, that also in No-Profit Base.
Recently NFSI has also been approved by Directorate of Industrial Safety & Health,
Ahmedabad (Government of Gujarat) for conducting various specified topics of industrial
safety and health related issues of the shop floor workers and other employees of highly
hazard companies by the experts who are having the requisite qualification and long
experience in these fields.
 National Fire Safety Institute has provided Trainings to the

Management by creating volunteers so that they can give a helping hand when

 Provide education & employment to the people who are economically backward or
those students who cannot pursue their higher education due lack of confidence,
lesser marks etc. so that those eligible students can gain employment & work in
