For over 60 years, BROTHER RICE HIGH SCHOOL
has been fostering a community of faith, where each young man
is accepted, recognized, valued, and challenged to
“Act Manfully in Christ Jesus.”
Our success is a result of many components: a student’s hard work,
parental involvement, a dedicated and caring faculty
and coaching staff, and a nurturing and supportive atmosphere.
A single gender environment allows young men
to flourish in a setting conducive to their specific learning styles.
They are challenged with a hands-on, dynamic learning
environment which encourages them to work to their highest potential,
thus creating positive learning strategies that remain
with our students throughout their academic and career experiences.

“Learning at Brother Rice is different
from anything I’ve experienced.
I enjoy coming to school every day
where I know the teachers truly care
about my academic progress and
are pushing me to be my best.”

BROTHER RICE commits itself to preparing our
students for college and beyond. Our school offers
three levels of curriculum to challenge and inspire
our young men: APEX/Honors, PREP and Focus.
Each student’s schedule is customized to challenge
and strengthen the skills of that student. Brother
Rice is a leader in preparing high school students
for post-secondary education.
