What is Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a form of listening and reflecting by a licensed practitioner that engages our capacity to heal and transform the conditions and problems that undermine our mental health and wellness. It is useful for individuals, families and couples. Pastoral Counseling is a psychotherapy that helps you access your own faith as a resource in the process of meeting the challenges of life. A pastoral counselor does not impose religion on the therapy process. Pastoral Counseling helps ...access one’s faith and spirituality to create a sense of wholeness and well being... ... listening with the heart ... find one’s best self in the midst of conflict and pain. to the sacred story of one’s life
Joseph Kilikevice O.P.
