Deliverables for The Himalayan Rabbit Farm from JATA Media Pvt. Ltd:

1. Place Facebook Advertisement when required

2. Develop Campaign in coordination with Himalayan Rabbit Farm’s Marketing Team

3. The Terms and Conditions for Services will be as per Annex 2

Deliverables for JATA Media Pvt. Ltd. From The Himalayan Rabbit Farm

1. Content for designs on fortnight basis

2. Campaign and event details

3. Reviews on Post plans.

4. Admin/Editor account must be approved in the name of JATA Media/Ashish Tamang.

5. 100% advance payment is mandatory for any campaigns to begin.
6. Payment should be done in NRP with on-date dollar exchange rate.
7. Campaigns will start after 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
8. Professional ad report will be handed over after the completion of each campaign if
demanded.
9. Facebook page setup, Facebook App development aren’t included in this package.
10. JATA Media strives to create the most engaging content but doesn’t guarantee how
much sales/leads you generate. It completely depends on product/service demand and
the quality of the same.

1. Content for designs on fortnight basis

Contract Term:

The contract will start from 18th of November, 2018 to 18th May, 2018 i.e. for a total of 6 months.
The contract will be renewed mutually after that.

Financial Terms:

1. The Cost for maintaining the brand page will be 15,000 (Exclusive of VAT)
The above cost includes Page optimization and social media post design charge.
2. 20% Charges will be applicable for the Facebook boost. Total spending amount will
depend on client’s requirement.

Annex 1- Social Media Marketing Services
Services Included in Monthly Charge

1. Making list of appropriate categories of posts that can be made on the page with examples.
2. Making Regular Posts [Per Day: 2] as per the approved categories and monitoring the same.
3. Monitoring the page and deleting offensive posts (Spam filtering).
4. Keeping users engaged with the page.
5. Coordinating with respective person, agency or operator to answer the user queries. The
confusions are sent over email first and in case of urgency, as per the guidelines, the desired person
is called directly to get the answers.
6. Communication for taking Contents like Designs, Images, Text, Ads, etc. from corresponding
Operator / Agency.

7. Facebook Advertisement:

 Placing variety of Ads as per the allocated Budget

 Ads Media Planning and Changing it regularly to get best result
 Submitting Facebook Ads Reports
8. Reports

 Over All Progress reports [ Monthly] with Analysis

 Each monthly report will be submitted by 15th of upcoming month

Annex 2- Terms & Conditions
1. The services are dependent on the policies of Facebook and Social Networks. As Facebook is a
free service, we are bound by the policies and even if Facebook shuts down any page for reason
whatsoever, we cannot claim anything.
2. The services and contract are dependent on change in Social Networks. The current services and
contract is based on current policies. Changes in Social Networks might affect the contract and
service terms.
3. Increase in Ads Bid Rate or any other changes made by Facebook Ads will affect the estimated
number of fans.
4. We just provide Social Media Marketing as a service. We are not associated with Social Networks
in anyway and we are not responsible for any changes that occur on Social Networks.
5. Anyone of the two parties can terminate the contract with 1-month prior notice.
