TEACHING PHILOSOPHY:
I believe in teaching in a way that develops the whole child. My experiences and my minor has inspired
me to incorporate movement, art, music and dance to help students grow intellectually, physically and
emotionally. I want to draw upon student creativity and empower them through inquiry based learning.
Students who are empowered to learn will be motivated and more willing to take risks within the
classroom. My role as a teacher is to share my own passions and knowledge to support students on their
education journey. Overall I strive to foster a safe and encouraging environment where I can grow and
learn with my students.
