CIRCULAR
Fee payment procedure and other instructions for students registering for
Second Semester 2018-2019

1. Dues status for the Second Semester 2018-2019 is available on the SWD website by 24th
December 2018 (http://swd.bits-pilani.ac.in).

2. All remittances are to be made through Net banking or ICICI Challan or Paytm using SWD
login or Demand Draft in favour of BITS-Pilani, payable at Pilani. Acknowledgement of
Fee/Dues remittances will be available on SWD web site in Deposit Tag.

3. All demand drafts should reach to Associate Dean, Student Welfare Division,
BITS-Pilani, Pilani Campus - 333031 on or before 01st January 2019.

4. Only those students whose remittances reach at SWD on or before 01st January 2019 will
be cleared for normal registration (i.e. 07th January 2019).

5. Those students who do not make the payment on or before 01st January 2019 will normally
have to go for late registration. Hence, the students are advised to take necessary steps for
making the payment well before the due date.

6. Students may download the fee payment receipt from SWD website after one week of the
registration date.

7. Those students, who are required to fill in Pink Form for Fee-Concession are advised to
submit the same well before the date of registration (i.e. 07th January 2019).

8. PS-II students may note that if their remittances are not acknowledged on SWD web site
by last date, they may carry along with them a photostat copy of their remittance and show
it to the PS-II faculty at the time of registration on 07th January 2019.
