be regularised in T&5 Gr. C.

8 Physiotherapist ( Trainne) in 02 Diploma in Physiotherapy from Government recogn ised


T&S Gr. C Institute ( Minimum 3 years course). After complet ion of one
year training they will be regularised in T&S Gr. C

9 Jr. Technical Inspector/ Jr. 20 Minimum Qualification:- Graduate in Science with


Chemist in T&S Gr. "D" Chemistry.
Eligibility for Selection :- Any permanent workmen/employee
of the company with one year service .
Mode : Aptitude Test

10 Telecom Mechanic in T&S Gr. 52 Minimum Qualification Educational I Technical :


D 1. Standard X of 10+2 scheme I Matriculate or
I equivalent
Eligibility : Any permanent employee of the company with
one year of service in Cat. IV I Tech . & Sup. Gr. E and above
with aptitude for telecom discipline
Mode : Aptitude test
OR
2. Standard X of 10+2 scheme I Matriculate or
equivalent with ITI certificate in Electronics/
equivalent
Eligibility: Any permanent employee of the Company
Mode : Trade test

11 Jr. Data Entry Operator in 16 Minimum Qualification :- Matriculate or equivalent .


T&S Gr. E Eligibility :- Any permanent employee having
Matriculate or equivalent certificate with 3 years service in
the company.
Mode of selection : Aptitude Test for computer
application and having typing speed of 30 W.P.M .

12 Translator (Trainee) OL, 04 Minimum Qualification:- B. A or equivalent with Hindi &


Clerical Gr- Ill English. Government Diploma Holder in Hindi Translation
preferred.
Eligibility for promotion :- Any permanent employee with one i
year service in the company. I
Mode of Selection :- Selection through written test. I

The following norms shall be adopted for empanelment of the candidates:-

1. Empanelment shall be on the basis of Marks obta ined in Aptitude Test for the post of Jr. Data Entry
Operator in T&S Gr. E at Sl.No.11 as below:-
Aptitude Test (Objective Type) : 30 Minutes duration (25 questions)

Maximum Marks 100 Marks


Minimum Pass Marks 50 Marks for General
40 Marks fo r SC/ST (10% relaxation)
Total 100 Marks

• Aptitude test for computer application shall be conducted and those qualify in the test shall be called
for speed test.
• Speed test to be conducted by giving a passage to all the candidates allotting 10 minutes time. This will
be qualifying test.
• Those candidates who qualify in both test shall be empanelled for final selection on the basis of merit.

2. Empanelment shall be on the basis of Marks obtained in Aptitude Test for the post of Translator
(Trainee) OL, Clerical Gr- Ill at Sl.No.12 as below:-

Aptitude Test 120 minutes duration {60 questions)


( 10 questions descriptive and 50 questions objective)
Maximum Marks 100 Marks
Minimum Pass Marks 50 Marks for General
40 Marks for SC/ST (10% relaxation)

Total 100 Marks

3. Empanelment shall be on the basis of Marks obtained in Aptitude Test for the posts from SI. No. 1 to
10 as below:-

Aptitude Test {Objective Type) : 30 Minutes duration (25 questions)


Maximum Marks 100 Marks
Minimum Pass Marks 50 Marks for General
40 Marks for SC/ST (10% relaxation)

Total 100 Marks

• The candidates shall be empanelled on the basis of merit as per total marks obtained in written test
and in case, if same mark is obtained by more than one candidate, their merit shall be decided on the
basis of Date of Appointment and Date of Birth.

• The selected candidates shall be posted in the Areas/Establishments as per the requirement ..

1. Cut off date for determining eligibility of experience as per Cadre Scheme is date of issue of
notification.

2 . Only permanent employees on the date of issue of notification and who posses required qualifications
as per Cadre Scheme will be considered for selection.
3. In the Selection of different vacant posts, Reservations norms of SC/ST candidates will be maintained as
per rule.
4. Only those candidates who are ready to work in other area of WCL on selection may apply against the
vacant post ,if they posses required qualifications & norms as per cadre scheme.

The candidates should send their written applications in prescribed proforma along with attested copies
of educational certificates and photograph through respective Controlling Authority & APM of concerned
Area. The applications of willing candidates should reach in this office on or before 25.08 .2018. The
applications received after 25.08.2018 will not be entertained.

Area management must ensure that complete application of only those eligible candidates, who m ust have
secured minimum Good rating in performance should be forwarded to GM(P)/IR for consideration .

Please give wide publicity amongst the employees and also display copy ofthis Notification on Notice
Boards.
