Pre-placement Interviews - SA:

After we have received your completed Employment Application file from you, depending on your qualifications,
our consultants may request a pre-placement interview with you. The purpose of such an interview is not to
consider your placement suitability but to assess your placement requirements so that the correct
employment profile can be secured for you.

Interviews with overseas companies:

The various interested companies will contact you via your email address, cell number or by means of a regular post
regarding your employment placement with them. The overseas employer interviews will be done by telephone with
you or as per other arrangement with the employer.

Posting of documents:
In order to register your application for employment in any of the countries you selected, please scan and email
these forms together with the placement requirements. The forms should be emailed to:
info@shinetheway399.co.za Your file will then be forwarded to the employment assistants abroad. Once the
overseas company receives your complete file, an SMS and email receipt notification will be send to you. Your
employment request profile will then be registered and placement procedures initiated for you. Part of the
placement procedure the overseas company will make available for you, is an activation of your own and private
web administration system, where you will be able to view the various job files that will be prepared for your
reference. This section reflects the various companies who are processing your employment application with them.

Detailed job files:

The job files describe in full detail all specified employment information, including precise salary structures per hour,
if employment assignments are of permanent or temporary nature, etc. Employer’s profiles & full contact details of
the companies offering the placements are supplied to you as well. We recommend that you view the various job
files on a regular basis. When the new employer requests a direct contact from you, please contact them as soon as
possible so that the required work contract can be finalized for you.

Work contracts/permits:
Once you received the work contract from the employer, our company or the employer, will assist you with
obtaining a work permit. Upon receipt of the written work offer from your future employer, please contact us so that
we may proceed with the work permit application for you. Each country and company has different work contract
instructions and requirements - precise instructions in this regard are included in the individual work sheets you will
receive from the overseas company.

Re-location / accommodation sponsorships by employers:

Many of the employers assist their selected candidates with relocation sponsorships and accommodation. Additional
information on this assistance is included in the employment worksheets or will be obtained directly from your
future employer.

Positions offered:
Our organization assists numerous companies to search for suitable candidates. Please note that most employment
assignments have expiry dates. Because of this, we recommend that upon receiving our Employment Application
Forms, your placement procedures should be processed as soon as possible. Should you not be ready for overseas
assignment now, you may apply with us when suitable for you. When you ready for the new role, simply complete
these forms and send to us. We will allocate new employment positions for you.

Free Call VoIP issued to you:

The interested companies will contact you via your email address, cell number or by means of a regular post.
However, for finalization of your work contract, some of the companies do require a telephone pre-placement
interview with you directly. In order to make this possible for you, our company will supply you with our pre-paid
and registered VoIP (voice of internet protocol) facility that enables you to talk directly with the company
interested in employing you. Should you not have this facility already at your disposal, the pre-paid /registered VoIP
enables you to call any landline or cellular number anywhere in the world FREE OF CHARGE to you. In this way, you
will stay in touch with your future employer and may contact any overseas company for further placement
information if you wish. Our prepaid/registered VoIP is an additional communication tool for our candidates and part
of the placement service we provide in order to facilitate the placement with selected employers.
