On behalf of the Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering 5th year students of Bohol Island State
University Main Campus, it is indeed an enormous pleasure to be able to write a letter to you. We would
like to request from your honorable office to allow us to conduct our educational visit in one of your
power plant situated in Garcia-Hernandez, Bohol.

This activity is believed a great opportunity for us, future engineers, to gather insights and knowledge
regarding the operation and actual energy conversion taking place in the industrial and power plant.
Moreover, our proficiency in various theories and notion that we acquired from school will be
augmented. Furthermore, this plant visit will serve as our disclosure to different technical areas of the
plant management.

We hope for your positive response. If permitted, the group composed of 64 students and 4 instructors
will be visiting your plant on January 25, 2019.
