PREFACE

It is essential for every student pursuing in PG to go for dissertation project for a stipulated time
period, so that he or she gets a firsthand experience of the industrial environment. I present my
project report completed in a study on ‘Labour welfare at NAPC, Kajalgaon’. The project report
has been helpful to me in various ways but the most essential aspect of my report is the landing
that I have done while preparing this report. I gained depth knowledge about employees and
labours welfare provided by the company. I would like to thank all the people who have directly
