    This is to respectfully seek your approval and subsequent grant of authority to


    attend the 73rd PICPA Annual National Convention at the SMX Convention
    Center in Bacolod City on November 22 – 24, 2018 for the undersigned and
    the following BMO staff, to wit:

     BAUD, Sittie Rainnie M.


     LUCMAN, Norhana B.

    The attendance to this convention is needed for the renewal of our CPA
    licenses. More than that, the topics to be taken up are essential for the
    upgrading of our knowledge as accountants in consideration of the fast
    evolving trends in the accountancy profession and the pressing demand for
    accountability among accountants. Please see attached program for the
    invitation and registration form.

    We hope for your favorable approval on this matter. Your immediate


    approval would enable us to save on the registration fee since those
    registering after August 31, 2018 and October 12, 2018 will be paying PhP
    8,500 and PhP 10,000 respectively.

    A budget has already been allotted for the registration fee and other
    incidental expenses since our attendance to this convention has been
    included in our approved 2018 Work and Financial Plan.
