There is a creative tension between the now and the not yet. Sticking with the now can mean
feeling settled once and for all, feeling that searching is a nuisance, feeling certain, and
afraid of uncertainty. Following the not yet, on the other hand, may mean we go aimlessly
searching all our lives, afraid of commitment.
Faith precedes hope. It takes faith to join the daring of the wanderer to the fear of the one
who is satisfied in order to create hope.
Whatever you can do,
Or dream, you can
Begin it
Boldness has genius, power
And magic in it
Begin it now. JOHANN WOLFGANG VON GOETHE
