1. A 20% booking fee is required to reserve your dream apartment! Balance



payment to be made on a monthly basis till the estimated date of

2. Early buyers have the luxury of changing their layout and customizing their

interior finish. After completion of civil structure, customization will no longer be
possible.

3. Buyers must strictly adhere to the Metropolis 8 apartment owners association to


maintain the quality of the building.
