Sub: Issue of house tax receipt for schedule property in the
name of my client-Rg
Under the instructions and on behalf of my client Sri.Karnati
Narayana Reddy, S/o. Late Karnati Subbaiah, aged about 74 years,
senior citizen, owner of door No.14/299 house, N.T.R colony
Kamalapuram town post & Mandal, Kadapa district, I herely issue
this legal notice to you with the following facts:
1. The Mandal Revenue officer (Tahsildar) of Kamalapuram
on 30-12-1986 issued assignment order in favour of my client for the
site of schedule property. My client constructed his house in that
house site long ago and that you granted door No.14/299 to the
schedule house property of my client. The assignment order of
Tahsilder of Kamalapuram says that the schedule property should
not be alienated to any others as per assignment rules of A.P
REVENUE BOARD STANDING ORDERS and section 3 of A.P assigned
lands prohibition of Transfer Act of 1977.
2. My client field O.S No.102/2018 in Junior Civil Judge court
at Kamalapuram against 1). S.Masu 13 ward, Beedi colony, Fair Price
shop owner at Kamalapuram, 2). S.Mabu retired railway Gangman,
NTR colony, Kamalapuram town and 3). S.Rowff, Beldari work
residing at NTR colony, Kamalapuram town, for the schedule

property since they illegally occupied the schedule property of my
client on 25-07-2018 by us of their criminal force and that suit is
posted to 09-01-2019.
3. My client did not sell the schedule house property to
anybody at any point of time. My client came to know that you
issued house tax receipt for the schedule property in the name of
S.Kareemulla S/o.S.Mabu. My client did not sell the schedule house
property to S.Kareemulla S/o.S.Mabu or to any body at any point of
time. So that Kareemulla is not the owner of the schedule house
property of my client and that Kareemulla is not entitled to pay
house tax to the schedule house of my client since my client did not
sell the schedule house to Kareemulla.
4. Therefore please take this legal notice and that you
should not take house tax from S.Kareemulla for the schedule
property since my client did not sell the schedule house to
Kareemulla. Otherwise my client is forced to take appropriate legal
steps against you in the court of law by holding you liable for costs
and consequences.

Sub:- Enforcement of Injunction order granted by the
Honourable court in I.A No.780/2017 in favour of my client – Rg.

Under the instruction and behalf of my client Smt.Langluru
Kantamma widow of Dharmaiah, residing at door No.38/6264,
Acharla Colony near Ramajaneyapuram, Kadapa city, I herely issue
this legal notice to you with the following facts:
1. My client filed O.S No.780/2017 in Junior Civil Judge court
at Kadapa against 1.Nakkala Venkata Siva Reddy, 2.Nakkala Sarada,
4.V.Ramesh and 5.Bahujanagar Venkatesu for the schedule property
and that Honourable court was pleased to grant injunction order on
29-12-2017 restraining the said respondents and their henchmen
from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of my
client with the schedule property.
2. The said respondents violated that injunction order and
that there are not allowing my client from entering into the schedule
property by use of their criminal force. So my client is requesting you
Sir to take action on the said respondents and help my clients for
entering into the schedule property as per the orders of the
Honourable court.

3. The injunction order is in forcer and that injunction order
granted in I.A No.780/2017 29-12-2017 is not vacated and that
injunction petition in I.A No.780/2017 is not dismissed by the
Honourable court upto now. That injunction petition I.A
No.780/2017 is posted to 24-12-2018 for enquiry in the court. The
injunction order issued by the Honourable court will always be in
force until the Honourable court dismisses that injunction petition.
4. Therefore please take this legal notice and that the my
client is praying you to take criminal action on the above said
persons for violating the injunction order of the Honourable court
and please help my client for entering into the schedule property as
per court injunction orders for meeting the ends of justice.
