INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS

1. Oral presentations are 10 minutes each. There will be a countdown timer to help you manage
your presentation time.
2. We will provide a laptop computer and a beamer for your presentation.
3. Please prepare your presentation file with Power Point in “.pptx” format.
4. The name of your presentation file MUST include your presentation code and your last name,
e.g. OP-11-Cherry.pptx. For your presentation code, please refer to the List of Oral
Presenters document.
5. Layout of your presentation file is on your own style. However, it should be readable by your
audience easily.
6. Please put your presentation code (e.g. OP-11) on the first slide of your Power Point.
7. Please hand on your presentation file to our Power Point Team on :
- October 13th , 2018; 08.00 - 09.00 WIB for presenters in sessions I and II
- October 14th , 2018; 08.00 - 09.00 WIB for presenters in sessions III and IV
For your presentation session, please refer to the List of Oral Presenters document.
The team will take a place next to the registration site of the seminar. They will also check if your
presentation file is compatible to our computer or not. We highly recommend to all presenters to
only use the computer that will be provided by the committee. However, if you prefer to use your
own computer for your presentation, please discuss with the team at those time. Any
differences/changes due to different computers should be solved before the presentation session.
8. There will be a time slot for discussion after each presentation session.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

1. All posters must be printed on A0-sized (841 mm x 1189 mm) paper in portrait orientation
(NOT landscape).
2. All information on your poster should be readable easily from a 2,5 m distance.
3. Layout of your poster is on your own style.
4. Poster should be presented in English
5. Your poster should include at least:
a. title
b. authors (presenting author must be in the first place; underlined font for
corresponding author)
c. address and e-mail for corresponding author
d. affiliation of all authors
e. abstract
f. background
g. objective
h. results
i. conclusions
j. references
k. acknowledgement (if any)
6. On seminar site, we will provide poster board and adhesive tapes to place your poster.
7. Your place among the poster boards will be indicated by your poster code, e.g. PID-111, PID-
112, PBI-211, etc. Please refer your poster code to the List of Poster Presenters document.
8. Prepare your poster :
 before 08.00 WIB on Saturday, October 13th , 2018 and please retain your poster there
until 17.00 WIB on Saturday, October 13th , 2018 ( SESSION I)
 before 08.00 WIB on Sunday, October 14th , 2018 and please retain your poster there
until 15.00 WIB on Sunday, October 14th , 2018 ( SESSION II)
9. Please remain close to your poster during poster exhibition sessions.
