Nomination • Filled-in Nomination Forms should reach the institute by 19


Process November 2010. The form can be sent by e-mail to

Confirmation • Nominations will be confirmed only after receipt of payment.


and • Confirmations will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Registration
• The Institute reserves the right to refuse nominations.

Cancellation • Information about cancellation of nominations, if any, should

influencing.
• Group Dynamics and Team Learning: The challenge of learning together and
facilitating groups.

• Organizational Learning: Using Systems Thinking, appreciating complexity as an
interconnected reality. Shifting from the quick fix to enduring change.
• Sustaining momentum: How can learning become a part of an organizational
culture and how can profound change be facilitated and measured.

The program is holistic and works at 4 levels:

• Thinking (Mind),
• Feeling (Heart) and
• Being (Essence) which inform
• Conscious Action.

METHODOLOGY

The methodology blends the best of the East & West. Increasingly the boundaries
between the mystical eastern approaches & the practical business paradigms are melting.

The Facilitators

Mr. Kiran Gulrajani is the founder CEO of Co-Evolve (formerly Eternale Learning,
www.eternalelearning.com), Pune, India. He has designed and facilitated near to 500
programs over the last 12 years. His programs have touched people in more than 70
leading companies & 6500 people in diverse sectors and in different countries. His
singular contribution has been developing over 500 facilitators and leaders at senior
levels in major organizations.

Kiran’s programs unfold aliveness and enthusiasm in people and teams which is enduring.
He combines the best of Western practical richness (www.hendricks.com,
www.danmillman.com, etc) and Eastern wisdom (Taoist, Vedanta, Zen and Sufi teachings)
to bring a very alive experience for the participants.

Kiran believes in continuously enhancing his programs. In the recent past he has

Kiran received a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. He is a
certified NLP Practitioner by the creator, Dr. Richard Bandler. He has close to 15 years
of experience in training, consulting, marketing and leading change and has previously
worked with ITC’s Packaging and HCL’s InfoTech business.

Rajendra Manandhar works as a trainer and development consultant. He


has been at senior management positions in INGOs and UN projects for 18
years. Now he has fully devoting himself to developing people. Hence, he
has become the pivotal person in “Kabule– the Wise Leader”. Having taken
up the overall management of the organization, he is also involved in many
of the assignments as a Resource Person and Facilitator.
Besides, he is a psychological counselor and delivers counseling sessions to individuals
and groups. He has also been a regular columnist in several magazines on leadership and
personal development. At present he is contributing to The Himalayan Times (Nepal’s #
1 English daily) as a columnist of the ‘Leadership League’.

He is studying eastern philosophy and practicing yoga and meditations.
