1. The Beary Sweet proudly presents their two deliciously prepared foodstuffs: sundae in a cup and
fried oreos. Our sundae in a cup can be loaded with a maximum number of 4 scoops of ice cream
with any flavor of your choice (the flavors available are milo, vanilla, and cookies and cream) and
your mounded ice cream can be embellished with different toppings. The next one are original oreos
with a twist, it is coated with chocolate, dipped in batter, and deep-fried. Our fried oreos will give
you an irresistible relish and our sundae in a cup will suffice your taste buds with its mellowness.

2. Fried oreos are something you don’t hear on a daily basis. It’s a mixture of the softness of the
cookie and the fluffiness that blankets it. It gives just amount of sweetness that makes you want to
come back for more. It's not only what you'll like, it's what your tongue needs.

Our ice cream is not like any ordinary ice cream, because ours is homemade. Our homemade ice
cream gives different amazing flavors including milo, vanilla, and cookies and cream. Its refreshing
taste will not leave you in regret for your health and your tummy!

3. We believe that sweets may give temporary happiness to the customers. With this in mind, if we
could satisfy the customers through our products, there is a possibility that a little amount of
sweetness in a day could change a customer's mood and could bring a smile in their faces. Fun fact
is, it is very affordable and we are confident to say that every peso is worth the taste! These
products are made with love and the process behind it, is much healthier because it is homemade!

4. Our main market demographic are the senior highschool students of Ateneo de Zamboanga
University, although we would also indulge in having customers that are not senior highschool
students. We would especially like to satisfy those customers who have sweet tooth because our
products are tasty and satisfying to eat. Our products are available for all, kids and those who would
like to feel like a child again eating our delightful sweet food. Our products are so tasty that even
parents would come again just to indulge themselves in our sweet food.

5. One of our concerns is if our ice chest would be enough to keep our homemade ice cream cold
and solid for the entire Entrepreneurship Fair since no one could bring a small refrigerator. Another
is the fried oreos would turn soggy when there are too much oil that hasn't been extracted properly.
Also, we do not know if our customers will buy our products since there are also other booths that
will sell ice cream and fried oreos. Lastly, the sweetness of our products can be off-putting to some
customers who do not have a sweet tooth as it can be too sweet at times.

7. Fried Oreos Recipe

Ingredients needed:

* Cooking oil

* 1 pack of Oreos

* Melted chocolate

* 1 pack of pancake batter

* 2 eggs

* 2 tablespoons of melted margarine

Equipment needed:

• Stove

• Frying pan

• 2 bowls

• Tongs

• Tissue papers

• Gloves
• Hairnet

• Foil


1. Pour the melted chocolate into a bowl.

2. Get the Oreos from the pack and dip it in the melted chocolate. Put them on a tray with foil.

3. Refridgerate the oreos for 4-6 hours until the chocolate becomes solid.

5. Prepare the pancake batter in a bowl.

6. After the prepared batter, take the cookies out of the refrigerator and preheat the oil.

7. Dip the Oreos in the pancake batter and deep fry until golden brown.

Ingredients needed:

• 1 can of condensed milk

• 1 can of all purpose cream

• Desired flavoring and toppings

Equipment needed:

worthy products (consumable foods) that will surely mark a memorable experience in their day.
Furthermore, we want to reach out and help the class’ business, namely “Arrrrupe”, to strengthen
and widen the range of choices by adding sweet treats to its menu.

1. Describe and define your sub-business products.

Churros: This product is very well known in the market. Churros is a bread delicacy. Its

ingredients include flour, egg, and vanila snips. Its form is usually spiral and its size is thick and long.
It is sweet and fluffy, but not only that, it has a dip with different flavors just like chocolate, vanilla,
butter and etc. It makes the churros even more delicious.

Potato Frieds: it is basically just what the name suggests, fried potatoes. The main ingredients of
this product is of course potatoes, eggs and crispy mix. The most common shape for potato fries is
usually thin and long but in our case, the shape the potato fries we will sell is elliptic. It can also be
dip with mayo, or in melted cheese.

Cheese Sticks: Yhis food is usually served in the picnic and during "merienda". the main ingredient of
this food is the cheese and wrapper. Its form is thin and long, but it can also be short but thick. This
food is just like lumpia shanghai but instead of ground beef, we used cheese. You can dip this food in
mayo so that it will taste better.

2. What's so special about it? What makes it standout?

FritOSO stands out from the stereotype of fried food business which capitalizes on food that is
harmful to the potential buyers, we are firm and confident with our products because of these 3
highlights of our business: first, the ingredients to be used within these products include healthy
alternatives which is beneficial to the health of the market, such as using vegetable oil over the
traditional, and french fries with truly natural potatoes and not commercial. Secondly, the process of
making these products are all ensured immaculate and with no probability of inflicting harm to the
nutrition of potential buyers since the procedures will be done with the right equipment and
appropriate venue. Thirdly, the aforementioned products will be sold with eco-friendly materials as
its packaging to be in one with promoting eco-magis within the premise of the university.
3. Why is your product beneficial to the customers? We offer these products at a very low price.
Since we value quality service, FRITOSO makes sure that the services delivered are accommodating
of the allowance bracket, a student on the average receives, in short, everyone can afford these
delicious goods. Our products may look high in oil content because we are promoting fried products,
but rest assured that these are beneficials to the customers since we utilized healthy alternatives
such as using vegetable oil rather than the conventional one. Lastly, our products are all made with
the right process and proper practice, so our products are all tested and proven.

4. Define and describe your target market/customer demographics.

Since there will be simultaneous culminations on Feb 23, there will a be a huge target market. The
target market are the students, of any religion since our products are halal. Considering the
fellowship day that will take place, individuals from the youngest to the oldest can afford these
products, since first, they are healthy and second, they won't inflict any health complications
especially to the old ones.

5. What flaws and problems are you most concerned with regarding your product?

We in FRITOSO are all confident with our products. With the amount of trials we made to perfect the
recipes, we can say that our products are surely delicious and bright. We've analyzed even the
prices and broke down the ins and outs of the business, so there will be no problem with our food
service. However, an external factor, the scarcity of customers will be one of the problems that the
business may face, since it will be a culmination of the whole grade 11 students of the entre fair, the
competition will be tight, but we are still confident with our products.

Potato Fries





Crispy Fry

1. Wash the potatoes and then peel it.

2. Slice it into pieces.

3. Beat the eggs in a clean container.

4. Dip the sliced potatoes in the beaten eggs.

5. Put crispy fry around the sliced potatoes.

6. Lastly, Fry the sliced potatoes in the boiling oil.


Mayonnaise Sauce

Ingrediets: pepper, salt, sugar, lime, diced onions, chilies, and mayonnaise

3. Squeeze lime on mixture

4. Add salt and sugar

Cheese Dip

Ingredients: cheeze wiz dip, butter, and milk

Ingredients: mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, and garlic paste

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup all-purpose flour

3 eggs, beaten

Vegetable oil, for frying

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional

Chocolate for dunking:

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 cups milk

4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped

1/4 cup sugar


* To make the churro dough: Combine 1 cup of water with the butter or margarine and the salt in a
saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Using a wooden spoon, stir in flour. Reduce the heat to
low and stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute. Remove the dough from the
heat and, while stirring constantly, gradually beat the eggs into the dough.

* To make the chocolate for dunking: In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in 1 cup of milk and
reserve. Combine the chocolate with the remaining cup of milk in a saucepan. Stirring constantly,
melt the chocolate over medium-low heat. Whisk the sugar and the dissolved cornstarch into the
melted chocolate mixture. Reduce the heat to low and cook, whisking constantly, until the chocolate
is thickened, about 5 minutes. (Add extra cornstarch if it doesn't start to thicken after 5 minutes.)
Remove the pan from the heat and whisk until smooth then reserve in a warm place.

* Heat about 2 inches of oil in a heavy, high-sided pot over medium-high heat until the oil reaches
360 degrees F. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon on a plate and reserve.

* Meanwhile, spoon the churro dough into a pastry bag fitted with a large tip. Squeeze a 4- inch strip
of dough into the hot oil. Repeat, frying 3 or 4 strips at a time. Fry the churros, turning them once,
until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer the cooked churros to a plate lined with
paper towels to drain.

* When the churros are just cool enough to handle, roll them in the cinnamon-sugar (in Spain
churros are simply rolled in sugar.)

* Pour the chocolate into individual bowls or cups. Serve the warm churros with the chocolate dip.
