How does CoPilot add business objects from SAP Fiori
applications?

Users can add business objects from SAP Fiori app pages to CoPilot collections and conversations.
Prerequisite: The SAP Fiori app uses standard UI5 data binding.

Objects (OData entities) within the SAP Fiori app are recognized using
1. OData annotations
Annotations extend the SAP S/4HANA OData REST services with semantic and UI information
 CoPilot looks for the UI.HeaderInfo annotation for OData entities
 In addition, the semantic object annotation and support of the displayFactsheet action allow direct
navigation to the object page from the object in the CoPilot collection or conversation
2. Heuristics
If applications do not support annotations yet, CoPilot looks for typical properties in the OData
entities such as name, description, and title to determine the attributes for object representation
