(a) Describe main reasons why testamentary dispositions fail in executorships
law. [10 marks]
(b) Explain the main trusts created by operation of law [8 marks]
(c) Kamau dies on April 30th 2014 leaving shs. 100 000 , 12% loan stock.
Interest is paid on 30th June and 31st December each year. On 30th June,
2014, interest for half year was received.
