Mexican Chocolate Chip Cookies 370° 12 minutes

8 ounces of butter 1 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup brown sugar 1 cup all purpose flour

1 cup white sugar 2 1/2 cups dry quick oats

2 eggs 12 ounces dark chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 cups Brazil nuts

1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon cloves

Directions:

1. Cream the sugars with the butter and eggs.

2. Combine the rest of the ingredients one at a time.

3. Crush the nuts before adding them.

4. Spray a few cookie sheets.

5. Use a scoop to put them on the pans. They will spread out, so leave room in between them.
