1. Employee management programs provided by HYUNDAI MOTORS LTD is almost

good but It has to improve.

2. Organization should focus on the benefits that are aimed towards self-

improvement since of the employees satisfied.

3. Opportunities for employee management growth and the security for job is good

4. Organization provides training programs on the basis of employee performance.

5. Organization training programs are effective and it is reaching employees.

6. The relationship between employee and management is good at Work place.

7. In organization employee almost depend on HR department for Training

programs (Employee management ).

8. Personal attributes are required for the job.

9. Inspecting work is the main part of the incumbent’s supervisory duties for this

job in the organization.

The report in Employee management & Employee management in HYUNDAI


MOTORS LTD (HYUNDAI MOTORS LTD ) has brought into light the total
picture of the employee’s attitude towards their Employee management . Most of
the respondents have expressed that they are interested in the on- the- job method in
their training in Employee management . Most respondents expressed that feedback
is collected from all the participants in the program. Theemployeeintheorganization
are well participated in program The training is being given to the employees at
regular interval. Most of the employees are very much satisfied about the selection
of the candidates for Employee management . Most of the employees are expressed
that the Employee management programmed is imparting the latest technology in
the market Most of the employees agree with the Employee management
programmed meet pre-specified objectives Most of the employees are responding
positive with the Employee management programmed conducted in the
organization.

SUGGESTIONS

1. Along with t Employee management programs organization should provide some

other motivational programs

2. Implement training institutions at near the organizations

3. Evaluate cost of training and its result of Employee management .

4. Frame the training programs chart and proper care should be taken while conducting

the Employee management training.

5. A proper performance appraisal system should be adopted.

6. In my opinion if the above suggestions are followed total training programmer.

7. Feedback must be collected from the entire trainer

8. If you take proper precaution for hazards the employees can do the job effectively

and get more output
