Thixotropic 2-component epoxy resin adhesive

Description Sikadur -731 is a solvent-free, Thixotropic 2-component adhesive and
repair mortar based on combination of epoxy resins and specially
selected high strength fillers. Its pasty consistency allows an easy and
versatile application.

Application
Surface preparation All surfaces must be clean, free from standing water and all loosely
adhering particles. Cement laitance should be removed, by mechanical
means (i.e. sand blasting).
Mixing Mix both components together for at least 3 minutes with a mixing paddle
attached to a slow speed electric drill (max. 500 r.p.m.) until a smooth
consistency and an even grey colour of the mixture is obtained.
Application When using as a thin film adhesive, apply the mixed adhesive to the
surfaces with a trowel spatula or glove protected hand. When applying as
a repair mortar, take into account any formwork that may be required on
damp surfaces ensure that the material is well rubbed in.
Cleaning Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with Thinner C

Important notes Product may cause skin irritations. Wear gloves and goggles. If the
material is accidentally splashed into the eyes, flush immediately with
water and seek medical attention without delay.
